Chase was born in Jackson, California and is a third year full time attendee of American River College. He graduated from Center High School, where he discovered his passion for medicine and human care. Chase plans on transferring to UC Davis after four years at ARC to study biochemistry in fall 2020. Chase currently works at Mikuni Kaizen and hopes that one day he can use the practice of medicine to give back and connect with his community. Chase’s favorite pastimes are hanging out with friends, going to the gym, and playing video games.

Mustafa Hosseini is in his third year at American River College as a full-time student. Besides, he works as a student help in the chemistry department and as a tutor in the Student Services Resource Center (SSRC). He majors in Biochemistry and has plans to transfer to UC Davis in spring 2020. When he was in high school, he spends his free time reading medical books and volunteering in many hospitals. He has plans to attend medical school after getting his bachelor degree.

Zachari (pronounced “ZAH-kah-rye”) was born in Fresno, California and is in the middle of his second year at American River College. He graduated from Rio Americano High School in 2015, but served as a missionary for his church from May 2016 to April 2018 in Salt Lake City, Utah, before starting his college career. It was near the end of his mission that he began to seriously consider a profession in medicine and neurology. Zachari is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in biotechnology and plans to transfer to a four-year institution by mid-2022. By going into the medical field, Zachari ultimately hopes to use his education to heal multitudes of people from their conditions and help contribute to curing some of today’s most impairing diseases. Outside of school, Zachari enjoys reading, exercising, and hanging with friends.
